Basic Plus $ 90.00 / month
Includes: Basic plan plus Weed spray in beds 1x per month
Special Services starting at $ 120.00 / month
Includes: Mowing of entire premises; Edging driveway and along street / flower beds and concrete Surfaces; Blowing; Pull out weed over 3 inches by hand and spray weed in beds if needed; Shrubbery Maintenance: trimming/shaping as needed for a always clean appearance, Cuttings/clippings bagged or bundled and orderly placed at curb for recycling pickup, planters, Rock beds, driveway, dock and street perimeter clean blown, beds kept weed free,
Trees and Palm trees: Not over 6 feet high: cutting dead fronds as needed.
Irrigation system: sprinkler heads kept free of grass for proper function, timer settings according Water restrictions.
Cutting schedule: Growing season ca. April – November weekly –
Dormant season ca. December – March every other week
Mowing height: not lower then 4”
Extras
Fertilizing turf $ 40.00 per application (quarterly)
Fertilizing palms, trees and shrubs as needed, approx. 3 -4 times per year, $ 30.00 per application.
Palm Tree trimming $ 30.00 min./per tree
Sprinkler maintenance & repair $ 45.00 service call – parts and labor additional
Sprinkler tune-up $ 75.00 – adjust spray pattern reset timer, test rain sensor, inspect valves
Planting, removals, mulching, Irrigation repairs/alterations, dock and driveway high pressure cleaning and staining, low voltage landscape illumination etc. with estimate
